Job SummaryResponsible for the management of reporting of clinical APPs including all activities related to direct and facilitated patient care, service line development, quality improvement goals strategic planning and protocol or policy enforcement, including APP clinical work product at top of scope or adherence to the Hospital Playbook. Provides overall day to day supervision and problem solving, and scheduling while providing clinical expertise and mentoring. Precept or assigning preceptor for APP students. Assist manager with administrative duties. Position will typically be 20% administrative and 80% clinical in area of expertise or as determined by the APP Manager or Director.
