Location: Alhambra, CA or Colorado Springs, CO (Hybrid) Position Summary: The Regional IT Manager provides operational leadership and strategic direction for IT service delivery across all office locations within the region. Leading a distributed team of Desktop Systems Specialists, the role ensures that end user computing, local site infrastructure, and front-line IT support services are delivered consistently, reliably, and to a high standard across all sites. The Regional IT Manager drives team performance, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement, while serving as the primary regional IT representative to employees, site stakeholders, and the wider global IT organization. The role collaborates closely with counterparts in other regional IT teams.
