Job description

Shift : Rotate Hours: The Nursing Supervisor has shift responsibility for supporting the staff of all departments in daily operational and clinical functions. Has fiscal responsibility to ensure that department budget constraints pertaining to staffing guidelines are met. Coaches, mentors, and advises staff in coordinating and facilitating services which ensure quality care, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory standards. Represents hospital administration in coordinating hospital-wide issues of concern and appropriately notifying the administrator-on-call as indicated. Maintains current knowledge of hospital-wide operations. Facilitates positive, collaborative, and cooperative relationships between hospital departments, and within the Patient Services Division. Access to all Patient Health Information for treatment.
