AP COORDINATOR, POZNAŃ: Role overview: As an AP Coordinator, you will work with a great team of professionals and support our accounts payable financial operations with your experience and skills. The team's primary goal is to ensure the invoice-handling process is standardized and efficient. It also ensures suppliers and stakeholders from 14 Western European countries collaborate smoothly with Carlsberg Accounts Payable. What you’ll be doing: - Ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries - Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders - Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders - Resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly - Performing an analysis of invoices in the process - Supporting the coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk - Supporting your team leader in further developing the team - Working on process improvements and, when required, participating in projects and initiatives What we’re looking for: We are looking for a person who: - Has an educational background in finance - Brin...
