SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing global payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. This role manages end-to-end payroll activities for the U.S. and U.K. through Rippling, coordinates payroll processing for Canada and Switzerland via Employer of Record (EOR) partners, and supports payroll execution in France, Italy, and St. Barthelemy by ensuring accurate timecard data, time-off processing, and timely submission of payroll inputs to external providers.
