About the role: As frontier AI regulation matures globally — with the EU AI Act, evolving US state and federal frameworks, the UK's framework, and emerging regimes across APAC — Anthropic needs a dedicated owner for the compliance program that translates these obligations into operational reality. We're hiring an experienced AI Compliance Officer to design, build, and run that program. You'll sit within Anthropic's Integrity & Compliance function and partner closely with Regulatory Legal, Policy, Product, Security, Safeguards, and the Responsible Scaling team. You will own the systems, processes, controls, documentation, and cadences that make Anthropic's compliance with frontier AI regulation defensible to regulators, auditors, and our Board.
