Custodian - NE_Administration-101 The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, Faith based organization, has a job opening for a Part Time Custodian for the Greenville Corps, located in Greenville, NC. Job Summary Cleans the Corps building to ensure the neatness and cleanliness daily. Assists in monitoring light fixtures, light bulbs are in working order, replaces light bulbs as needed. Helps in keeping grounds clean and free of trash, ability to use a ride mower, push mower and edger. Assist in Setting up meeting rooms with tables and chairs. Cleans meeting areas after meetings are finished Must be able to clean and use appropriate chemicals with care to achieve sanitized, well kept building and grounds. Able to follow instructions and works well with others. Must be able to drive The Salvation Army Vehicles as needed for food pick up, or other needed errands. Performs other related work as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning activities for buildings and grounds; Ability to follow instructions and work independently; Ability to read and communicate the English language.
