Senior Operator – Albany, GA We are seeking a Senior Operator to join our Albany, GA facility. This role is part of a high‑functioning production team responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality products. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Senior Operator Job Responsibilities: - Read and interpret production orders to determine required materials and number of batches. - Review and prepare mixer orders by locating and organizing raw materials in mixing sequence. - Weigh each ingredient accurately, ensuring the scale is zeroed before each measurement. - Use plastic brutes or buckets to hold raw materials during weighing. - Enter ingredient amounts into the computer system or HDMI. - Verify raw materials meet specifications, rounding measurements to the nearest tenth and keeping values at the lower end of the fraction. - Shut down and LOTO the control panel to perform mixer clean‑outs. - Inspect and clean the mixing area to prevent contamination, including machine interior, exterior, and surrounding floor. - Follow mixing directions(SOP) step‑by‑step according to the prod...
