This role focuses on building client relationships, securing new business, maximizing revenue through strategic selling and up-selling, and ensuring seamless event execution from contract to completion. What You’ll Do: Sales & Business Development: - Identify, solicit, and secure new group and catering business. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. - Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. Event & Revenue Management: - Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, contracts, and forecasting. - Maximize revenue through up-selling of rooms, catering, and services. - Collaborate with internal teams (Banqueting, F&B, Marketing) for successful event delivery. - Ensure accurate handover to operations and smooth event execution.
