What You’ll Do: As a Mold Maintenance Apprentice, you’ll be part of our Mission team located in Mission, TX. You’ll get to: - Report equipment, personnel and process issues to the Department Supervisor. - Performs mold setting following safety guidelines - Learns and performs basic repairs on molds - Learns and performs Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair tooling problems on the production floor. - Performs preventive maintenance of mold cavities and cores to ensure continuous production - Performs model changes on molds. - Assembly and disassembly of all components required in mold repair process and learns how to repair hot runner systems. - Use various measuring devices including micrometers, calipers, gauges and a...
