You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.: A little more about your role…: You will be working with a strong team to deliver FM heath checks, Helpdesk and Performance Monitoring System / Payment Mechanism audits, Due Diligence and Benchmarking reports and various other contractual reviews on PFI/PPP schemes as well as wider Facilities Management portfolios and projects across a wide range of sectors, but including Health, Education, Social Housing and Student Accommodation. You will have a good understanding of the contractual aspects and operational issues associated to Handback given this is more prevalent with the upcoming end of concession of PFI projects.
