We are looking for Fabrication specialists and CNC Machinists, reporting into the Operations Manager, to join one of our Shift teams. Role overview: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Set-up / changeover and or operate a range of Mill-turn/ Twin Turret, Grinding or Sliding head machines and machining centers by installing and adjusting work holding, tooling and tool wear offsets. Efficiently and productively load and safely operate a range of CNC machines ensuring that down time is minimised. Able to run multiple machines / set-ups (multi task). Recognise, deploy, and properly use inserts, work holding, and tooling. Efficient identification of production process tool wear and the timely adjustment, replacement of worn, broken or damaged cutting tools.
