In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering enterprise-wide culture, inclusion and behavioural change initiatives, this role plays a critical part in creating a respectful, safe and inclusive environment for everyone at Transport for NSW. This role will see you lead Transport’s Discrimination & Harassment Prevention Strategy, leveraging the Respect@Transport Program to uplift behaviours, embed preventative practices, and ensure compliance with legislative obligations. You’ll develop evidence‑based programs, partner with senior leaders, and shape the organisation’s approach to reducing psychosocial hazards, bullying, discrimination and harassment across the workforce.
