Exciting Career Opportunity! Common Ground is seeking a Crisis Hub Specialist to be a part of the Common Ground Crisis Hub (CGCH) team. Current Opening Part-Time, 16 hrs/wk, Saturday/Sunday, 4p – 12a Compensation $22.00 - $24.50 per hour, plus applicable shift differential. About You The Common Ground Crisis Hub (CGCH) Specialists use a calm tone of voice, non-judgmental listening, and trauma-informed skills to welcome the caller into the continuum of care at Common Ground. The position is a mixture of registration clerical duties with coordination and dispatch responsibilities along with the expectation to provide crisis intervention via telephone calls when needed. This position will provide crisis intervention, information and referrals, and follow-up calls in the Crisis Hub, via telephone. The CGCH Specialist will assist with the flow of people through the crisis continuum so that people in crisis get the help that they need as quickly as possible. This position will track people’s movement through the crisis continuum and alert the CGCH Manager when people are waiting too long or are stuck, or when part of the continuum is not working as intended.
