Description The successful candidate will assist the head coach in the organization and management of a competitive NCAA Division III women’s soccer program, including serving as the head coach for the William Smith Soccer Development Team and the Recruiting Coordinator for the entire WS soccer program. The William Smith Soccer program is comprised of two teams- varsity and development. The position responsibilities will include recruiting prospective students; teaching and coaching student-athletes for successful competition; supporting student-athletes’ academic success; player development; cultivating alumni and parent relations; team travel planning; administrative tasks; and other duties as assigned. Essential Responsibilities: Recruiting: - In consultation with the head coach, design and implement the philosophy of the development team to be integrated into all practices and games, fitting within the overall philosophy of the William Smith soccer program.
