Job Summary: The Associate, Baseball Strategy will support key functions within Baseball Operations, gaining exposure to roster and payroll management, player transactions, market analysis, long-term strategic planning, and contract administration. This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a front office setting. The Associate will assist with research and reporting, contribute to player acquisition discussions, and overall player evaluation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn the operational and strategic elements of a Major League front office.
