This role partners with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) across the U.S. Downstream to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions. This role is responsible for translating operational needs into effective learning strategies, with a strong focus on eLearning development, LMS optimization, and standardization of learning assets. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills to drive adoption and improve workforce capability.
