We currently have an opportunity for a Support Services Supervisor to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in leading safe, high-quality soft services that support critical hospital operations across the Orange site, within a 20 days on / 8 days off rotating roster (7.6 hours per day). What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead and supervise soft services teams (cleaning, waste, linen, materials and wardspersons) to ensure services are delivered safely and to contract standards. Champion a Zero Harm culture by promoting safety, compliance and wellbeing across all activities. Coordinate daily operations, rosters and workflows to meet service demands within NSW Health requirements. Build strong, respectful relationships with hospital stakeholders, supporting responsive and professional service delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging ideas that enhance quality, efficiency and team capability.
