A Bartender at Level99 provides exceptional hospitality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all restaurant guests and entertainment players with genuine enthusiasm. They anticipate guest needs, possess extensive food and beverage knowledge, and work effectively with the team to ensure seamless and exemplary service. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: - Warmly greet guests ensuring a warm welcoming but not overbearing presence - Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests’ needs before they realize what they need - Convey enthusiasm for our food and beverage menus while maintaining proper knowledge of the menu and food allergies within dishes - Work as a team at all times, looking to support one another and prioritize on behalf of the guest - Accurately process transactions using the POS system including guest payments and order tracking - Understand and follow the steps of service - Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies - Perform...
