Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the digital marketing/advertising industries. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. - Ability to communicate in English and Czech fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships. - Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment. - Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners. - Excellent communication and influencing skills.
