Sisk are growing their legal team with the addition of a Data Protection Specialist to join our team and assist the Data Protection Manager in ensuring our organisation's compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Candidate to play a crucial role in safeguarding personal data and maintaining the trust of our clients and employees. Responsibilities: - Policy and Procedure Implementation: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulations like GDPR and the AI Act. - Data Subject Rights: Handle and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs), requests for rectification, erasure, and other data subject rights inquiries. - Risk Assessments: Conduct and assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) for new projects and initiatives. - Data Inventory and Mapping: Support the maintenance of our data inventory and data flow maps, ensuring an accurate re...
