IT Business Applications Developer

Job description

Summary The IT Business Applications Developer role is focused on fixing application and system problems or addressing an incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on. The Business Applications Developer will ensure excellent customer service by applying business and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate to resolve customer application issues. Business Applications Developers are responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 technical support for the organization's internal applications. This role is visible and requires strong partnerships with Business Analysts, project team members, and outside vendors. This position has no direct reports. This position will focus mainly on supporting the application interfaces at Columbia Distributing.
