Engineering Rotation Program: Are you a versatile engineer looking to master the entire lifecycle of a product? Our Engineering Rotation Program is a high-impact professional development track designed to build a world-class technical foundation. Over the course of the program, you will move beyond the desk to gain hands-on experience in high-tech design centers, heavy-duty foundries, and advanced manufacturing floors. The Program Experience: This isn't a "shadowing" program—it’s an immersion. You will be officially hosted by the Innovation Center within our New Product Development group, but your journey will take you across our multi-divisional operations to learn how we build from the ground up.
