XC Team Manager About the Role As XC Team Manager , you are the central point of contact for all operational aspects of the Cross‑Country (XC) racing program across the World Cup MTB circuit. You oversee day‑to‑day team operations, ensure seamless race‑week execution, and enable high‑performance environments for athletes and staff. Working closely with the Team General Manager (GM), Coaching Performance and Culture Lead, and a broad set of internal and external partners, you translate the team’s sport strategy into operational excellence. Your role is critical in aligning logistics, performance support, and communication to ensure the team performs at the highest level on and off the race course. How You’ll Make a Difference: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all XC team operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the team. - Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and a clear team communication structure. - Liaise with race promoters, event organizers, the UCI, and WBD to manage team registrations, race entries, and compliance across the XC World Cup circuit. - Execute the team’s sport strategy in close alignment with the Team GM and Coachin...
