Position: Senior Corporate Accountant Department: Accounting: Exempt: Position Reports to: Corporate Controller: OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Corporate Accountant. What will you be doing most days? DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Performs complex reconciliation of bank and multiple financial accounts using knowledge of Accounting principles and processes - Completes journal entry preparation for multiple entities - Performs, reconciles and invoices inter-company and multi-company transactions - Analyzes financial transactions, introducing questions or conclusions to management - Meets reporting deadlines with information required for company leadership and investors - Performs accrual accounting for hotel parent level entities - Delivers monthly financial reporting analysis, and other various month-end processes - Utilizes accounting systems (Solomon, BI360) to provide current information needed by company leadership - Completion of year-end audit requests EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED: What are the requirements for this position? · You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent number of years of experience plus fiv...
