Technical Program Manager, Virtual Design and Construction, Google Data Centers

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. - 5 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC implementation. - 5 years of experience with construction projects from start to delivery. - 5 years of experience with end-to-end BIM lifecycle management. Preferred qualifications: - Structural Engineering license or Registered Architecture license. - Experience in MCAD/CAM programming, operations, or fabrication sequencing software used in digital manufacturing. - Experience in Virtual Design/BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Microstation, Navisworks) including implementation and troubleshooting. - Experience modeling or managing 3D product libraries and interfaces. - Understanding of the principles of program/project management in a technical or ambiguous environment. - Excellent presentation, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
