Overview: The Senior Operations/Recruiting Manager – DMS Services leads the full-cycle recruitment process to meet client needs in the Centerline DMS Services Division. This role drives talent acquisition efforts from sourcing to offer extension, ensuring candidates align with Centerline’s hiring standards, DOT requirements, and any specific account criteria. Additionally, the position emphasizes a customer-centric approach, enhancing Centerline’s reputation as a top employer. Location : Remote: ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the primary contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, proactively reaching out to qualified candidates. - Represent Centerline at community and industry events; coordinate job fairs and hiring events. - Conduct client and driver site visits quarterly, fostering positive client and candidate interactions. - Participate in driver safety meetings and support safe-driving initiatives, including Smith System training. - Manage daily applicant communications, including responding to applicant inquiries and guiding them on DMS job opportunities. - Source candidates through online platforms (CareerBuilder,...
