We are currently recruiting for an experienced Club Lounge Server to join our Club Lounge/In room Dining Team at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. The Club Lounge is an exclusive space for our VIPs to enjoy some drinks and canapés. This contract is part time (16 Hours over 4 days) Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is one of Scotland's leading 5 star hotels. As the largest 5 star hotel, we also have the biggest banqueting and meeting facilities of any hotel in Edinburgh with a capacity of up to 500 and our One Square Restaurant and bar. Club Lounge Server is responsible for opening and closing of the shift, order taking, serving and preparation of drinks/coffees items and to keep the Lounge neat and tidy at all times.
