MDM Architect — Individual Contributor (Full-Time) Location: Westerville, OH: Role Summary: The MDM Architect is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining and evolving the enterprise master data architecture across multiple domains, including Customer, Supplier, Item, and Product Hierarchy, with a mandate to expand into additional domains over time. This role operates in an environment with highly complex, regionally varying master data processes and a disparate application landscape, where master data is created, modified, and consumed across multiple systems and business workflows. Master data is touched by multiple business functions—including Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations—each with differing requirements, ownership models, and timing of change. Rules governing golden records, duplication, and data lifecycle vary by region and domain, and in many cases are still evolving. This complexity requires an architect who can design scalable, resilient, and pragmatic solutions that protect the integrity of the golden record while enabling the business to operate at speed.
