This position will work 35 hours per week (8am-3pm daily Monday-Friday). This position is central to the daily operations of our health office, requiring a candidate who excels in a fast-paced environment and can provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: General Clerical Support: Perform essential office tasks including filing, faxing, copying, and maintaining organized records. Communication & Triage: Answer multi-line telephone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate staff, and take accurate messages. Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for students, staff, parents, medical providers, and school districts, ensuring professional and responsive interactions.
