Job description

Preferred Schedule: Must work 20-30 hours and be available Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm. Start date would ideally be Monday, May 18, 2026 and terminate on Friday, August 8, 2026. These dates and times can be flexible if needed. The Office of Admission plays a central role in the larger mission of Saint Mary’s College. Recruitment and selection of a diverse class of students involves a multi-year approach to connecting with students and their families. The Office of Admission intern position is a professional role designed to give Saint Mary students a glimpse of what it is like to work in college admissions and the higher education sector. Successful interns should be passionate about Saint Mary’s College, speak, write and communicate effectively, and enjoy meeting and interacting with a wide variety of individuals. The intern will lead campus tours daily and assist with admission presentations in a polished and professional manner. As part of the recruitment team, the intern will welcome families and help to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
