Overview: The Building Attendant is a full time hourly unionized position. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Building Attendant is responsible for facility operations and maintenance of the Arena facilities. To perform assigned tasks in the day-to-day operations of the facility with emphasis on building and property maintenance, ice maintenance and its operations and as well as facility changeovers. Ensuring all work is being done safely in accordance to the TD Station JHSC, the Workplace Violence and Harassment course, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Worksafe NB Guidelines.
