About the role: Ownership and organization mean as much to you as they do to us. As a Processor, you will play an integral part in ensuring all loans are processed in a timely manner and adhere to our policy and procedures. You will manage a pipeline of transactions, owning many aspects of the transaction from application through funding, all while providing a world-class customer experience. This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 3 full days in our Omaha, Nebraska office. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships within the operations team and with cross-functional partners. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state mortgage lending regulations, including but not limited to RESPA, TRID, Reg B and Fair Lending. - Navigate our proprietary Equity Origination System. - Independently manage and monitor a loan pipeline from application through funding consistently meeting established service level agreements. - Review and verify loan documentation, including credit reports, income documents and property reports. - Collect, review and submit required documentation to clear conditions as required from the Underwriting team. - Partner with third party...
