JOB SUMMARY: The Physician portal sales specialist will be responsible for daily oversight and management of the Virtuox Provider Portal, as well as assisting the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams in related tasks. The Physician portal sales specialist maintains good public relations, provides customer service, and technical support to all user accounts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as a client liaison between Virtuox, Providers, and DMEs - Processes Portal Registration requests – enrolling new Organizations and users, providing access to the VTX Provider Portal. - Serves as a point of contact for Virtuox clients and internal teams via phone and email. - Review, validate and process orders in Virtuox submitted via the Portal. - Process, place and track consignment inventory orders for fulfillment. - Manage and maintain consignment inventory levels for organizations. - Run reports and analyze organizational statistics to ensure account performance is properly configured. - Provides technical support and troubleshooting guidance to all users. - Perform day-to-day support and monitor performance, ensuring that the VTX Provider Portal runs smoothly and efficiently. - Calculate...
