Recruiter - In House Recruiter – In House (EMEA Region) – Krakow (Hybrid) We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in high-volume, multilingual sales recruitment across the EMEA region . In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies for telesales, inside sales, and outbound campaigns for our clients or internal BPO sales operations. You’ll be expected to quickly source, engage, and onboard top-tier sales professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments across diverse markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will work 3 days in the office and two days at home. Requirements: - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO sales and CX roles across the EMEA region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Work closely with operational leaders and account managers to understand hiring needs across multiple campaigns (inbound, outbound, upselling, retention). - Source talent across multiple EMEA countries, often requiring multilingual capabilities (e.g., English, French, German, Arabic, Dutch, Spanish, etc.). - Conduct language assessments and role-based evaluations for sal...
