Front Counter Associate - NEFCO Repairs

Job description

Description Reports to – Rentals & Repairs Supervisor Job Duties: - Helps customers at the counter with tool orders, estimates, inventory, etc. - Accurately fulfill orders to be shipped to customers - Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation - Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency - Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior warehouse, distribution, pallet jack experience preferred - Must be reliable - Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks - Experience in handling difficult customer service situations - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite - Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. - Analytical ability including basic math skills
