Food Court Worker We are looking for outgoing, energetic and organized individuals that love food and work well in a fast-paced operation. We strive for a clean and healthy working environment. The food court consists of a sandwich shop and a hot and ready warmer that has fast meals and snacks such as pizzas, burgers, breadsticks, burritos, etc. Requirements: - Making and creating sandwiches, pizzas and other hot and ready foods for the warmer. - Slicing meat, cutting vegetables, and preparing sauces and other blends for things such as burrito mix. - Cooking the food, wrapping, labeling and displaying neatly in the warmer. - Providing an excellent customer service experience and addressing customer questions/concerns and or complaints. - Freezer pulls for the following shifts, dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary. Daily and weekly cleaning duties included. - Proper food storage procedures and the use of food storage safety guidelines with regard to FIFO and dating of all food products received by vendors. - Checking in deliveries and keeping track of product on hand is also important. - Exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in...
