We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams. Please note that this position is offered as a 9 months employment : the first contract is a 3‑month probation period, followed by a 6‑month contract. How you’ll make an impact: - Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents - Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials - Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement - Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders - Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics...
