Job DetailsJob Location: Bradenton, FL 34209Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: SwingThe Charge RN is responsible for oversight, monitoring, auditing and supporting nursing staff with completing assigned nursing related services for each client. They inform the clinical team about medical issues, compliance factors and are available for emergency medical situations. The chare RN will identify medical deficiencies with nursing compliance, medical safety checks and quality client care. The Charge RN provides all services under supervision of DON, ADON, CNO & COO, ARNP, MD and Clinical Director. The Charge RN is responsible for assisting with medical and history screens, providing routine nursing care, reviewing medication logs and assisting in overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the client in coordination with the attending practitioner. The Charge RN will be responsible for medical components of CRC Virtual IOP program (VIOP) and maintain collaboration and planning with DON and Corporate Clinical Director. 1.
