Vice President, Finance (15-month contract)

Job description

The VP, Finance is responsible for the integrity, scalability, and day-to-day effectiveness of the finance function across the O2E Brands Group and affiliated entities. This role ensures strong financial reporting, tax, compliance, and controls, while acting as the primary finance partner to the business as operations, Bets, and operating models evolve. The VP, Finance plays a key role in translating business change into finance processes and systems, strengthening automation and commercial billing capabilities. Core Responsibilities: Financial Reporting, Tax & Compliance: Business Operations, Change Support & Commercial Enablement - Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) for all entities within the O2E Brands Group and affiliated entities, including establishing and maintaining a consolidated reporting process that provides regular, standardized visibility and insightful analysis across brands - Design financial reporting and planning processes that are fit-for-purpose by brand, reflecting differences in size, complexity, and risk, while maintaining only the minimum alignment required for governance and oversight. - Oversee cre...
