Salary Circa £64 k (dependent on skills & experience) Permanent / 37 hours per week / Full-time (with flexibility for part-time working) Huntingdon, Lincoln or Peterborough Office (depending on your location) – Hybrid Shaping the future of data engineering in Anglian Water As a Senior Data Engineer at Anglian Water, you’ll be a technical leader and mentor, playing a pivotal role in shaping how data is engineered, trusted, and used across the organisation. You’ll design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that ingest, process, and store large volumes of data from a wide range of sources, enabling smarter decisions that directly support our critical services. Working at the heart of our enterprise data platforms, you’ll contribute to our cloud-based analytics environment (including Azure, Databricks, and Spark) and/or our industrial Internet of Things (IOTT) data ecosystem built around MQTT, unified namespace architecture, and modern edge-to-cloud integration patterns.
