The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the internal and external customer base. This person will process orders for industrial, medical, specialty gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools and other products and supplies received by mail, telephone or personally from customers or associates. The Customer Service Rep will also be responsible to provide assistance and answer customer’s questions concerning locations, price, and use of merchandise. We are looking for you !
