About the Role: We are currently seeking to appoint a Recovery Worker to provide holistic, person-centred support to adult service users entering the service. The postholder will coordinate treatment pathways, including assessment, coordination of clinical treatment, psychosocial interventions, and multi-agency working, to support individuals in achieving sustainable recovery.
