What you can do: − In this challenging role in the field of IT/technology, you will act as the interface between business and IT in the SaaS environment. − You can expect a wide range of tasks in the new personnel and resource planning tool (PPE), which is used throughout Switzerland and has replaced the previous personnel and resource planning tool system (PES). − You are already familiar with IT service management, accessing SaaS environments/applications, and the associated cost control issues (monitoring, budget planning). − You implement service/operation management processes and ensure stable service operations. − Your area of responsibility includes incident/release/change/environment and stakeholder management. − With your holistic approach, you quickly recognize overall contexts and, thanks to your experience, can drive forward sustainable IT solutions. − As a member of a business-oriented cluster in...
