The Role The Sales Counselor is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of Enso Village by engaging prospective residents and their families, providing exceptional customer service, conducting tours, and guiding prospects through all stages of the sales process. This role plays a key part in maintaining occupancy targets, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience consistent with Enso Village’s mission, vision, and values. The Sales Counselor works closely with the Sales Director, Sales Coordinator, and cross-departmental teams to ensure prospective residents receive accurate information, timely follow-up, and a welcoming, high-quality experience.
