A Career with Point72's Operations Team Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange and futures, and digital assets across global markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead end-to-end P&L reconciliation and analysis for multiple trading portfolios, owning daily and monthly variance resolution that informs portfolio managers, risk, and investment teams - Analyze daily, month-to-date, and year-to-date P&L variances across equities, fixed income, and derivatives to identify drivers and recommend corrective actions - Partner with traders, middle office, back office, and valuation teams to investigate breaks, validate trade and market data, and implement timely resolutions - Finalize portfolio managers' P&L through the monthly true-up process, allocating financing and adjusting residual variances to produce definitive figures for decision-making and compensation - Produce clear, actionable daily and monthly P&L variance reports and dashboards tailored for internal stakeholders - Build and maintain robust process controls, reconciliations,...
