Job description

We’re looking for a Project Insights & Automation Lead to drive smarter, insight-led decision making across our M&S Foods project delivery teams. This role is all about building clear, trusted reporting and automating ways of working – moving the team away from manual, reactive reporting towards forward-looking insights that really shape decisions. You’ll design and own Power BI dashboards that bring together data from multiple systems, automate processes using PowerApps and Power Automate, and explore how AI can be used to improve productivity and reporting quality. Acting as a bridge between data, systems and delivery teams, you’ll turn complex information into simple, leadership-ready insights that help the business focus on what matters most.
