Title: Space Weapons & Tactics SME KBR is seeking a Weapons, Tactics, and Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide on-site support to Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC) located on Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. A strong candidate has operational weapons and tactics shop experience in space mission areas. In this position, you will: Qualifications: Required: Desired: - Organize and execute USSF Tactics Review Board. - Document, review and track Tactics Improvement Proposals (TIPs). - Support Mission Focused Working Groups (MFWGs). - Coordinate USSF generated Air Force Tactics, Techniques and Procedures 3-1 and USSF Tactical Doctrine documentation. - Organize, schedule, and attend Weapons and Tactics meetings with Space Delta Weapons Officers and Instructors. - Organize, schedule, and attend the Tactics Analysis Team (TAT) event with HQ CFC Intelligence Directorate. - Facilitate the analysis, identification, and prioritization of purposed Space Deltas Threat Priority Lists (TPLs). - Liaise with Mission Area Teams and provide Subject Matter Expertise on current and future USSF capabilities. - Analyze current and future capabilities to identify and r...
