About the opportunity As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll work closely with production and engineering to minimise downtime, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards. Your focus will be on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support plant performance. - Shift Details: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (6:15am to 3pm) - Pay Details: $51.25 per hour + OT What you’ll do: - Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment - Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions - Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment as part of daily responsibilities within production operations - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures - Collaborate with production teams to minimise disruptions and improve efficiency What you will bring to the team: - Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent) - Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment - Commitment to safety and continuous improvement - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn What you’ll love when you join us: Visy is powering the circular economy, clos...
