SUMMARY: Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the Cashiering locations within the guidelines of the contract and under the leadership of the Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. •Prepares work schedule to expedite workflow •Handles escalated issues •Follows up on requests from clients to implement new procedures •Assigns duties and examines work for accuracy •Assist and provide input to manager with hiring and termination •Responsible for coaching, counseling, and /or corrective actions of staff •Responsible for staff training •Assist staff with job duties when needed •Motivate staff and participate in departmental goals •Communicate with client in absence of Manager •Balances all daily transaction •Completes weekly payroll •Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports •Prepare monthly schedule •Approve and/or deny vacation requests •Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job succes...
